If you want a color-in progress chart you can find one over here (even though most of the rest of that page is outdated)
I'm not going to say you have to do the exercise because you can do it at any point during EdMo since it's an enlightening word choice exercise, but Crutch and Habit Words are the game over on the Preparation Challenge on the forums!
